Talk now. In a safe place. No judgment. Ever.
New York City is the biggest city in the world, and it is harder than ever to grow up here. There’s so much pressure at home, at school, and with friends. You may be angry, sad, scared, or feeling something you can’t figure out. We can help you find out what’s causing those feelings, and help you do something about them.
We make it easier for you to get through a hard time. Your happiness and wellbeing is our first priority—and that’s a promise.
Choose a therapist you’re most comfortable with.
At the Bronx Family Mental Health Clinic, we have experienced therapists to work with. We’ll work with you to find the therapist that you’re most comfortable with, who’s easiest to relate to. Our therapists come from many different backgrounds and some come right from your neighborhood. They understand exactly what you’re going through.
As we like to get the big picture, we talk about your home environment and where you go to school. Maybe there are some things we can change to make your situation better.
Remember, there’s nothing that shocks us. We will help you.
Many people worry about being judged because of their feelings or actions. We will never judge you, and we won’t give up on you. You are really brave to accept help to get your life back on track!
